i am an english major with a fetish for extensive vocabularies. at the time i started the whole online journal thing, i was fascinated with polari (british gay slang). and i needed a nickname that i would use often, but was not used often by other people. i ended up choosing "KAMP" and the name just stuck.
my real online journal is my xanga (http://www.xanga.com/kamp_07). i have a myspace (http://www.myspace.com/kampwest) for networking purposes, which i never use. and i think this is going to be the third time trying out livejournal. i could never get it to work properly before.
